The product problem is rarely the product problem.

It is usually a pricing problem, a positioning problem or a focus problem wearing a product costume. I ran the product organisation at PushPushGo from a first prototype to two hundred enterprise clients and a majority acquisition by Vercom S.A. — and I still operate products of my own, which is where most of these lessons were paid for.

Where I get called in

the four shapes of it

Pricing that leaves money on the table

One price for everyone, a tier nobody buys, a discount culture nobody chose. The fix is usually structural, and it is uncomfortable before it is obvious.

A roadmap that is a wish list

Forty items, no ordering principle, and every customer request gets a ticket. What is missing is a decision about what not to build.

Positioning nobody can repeat

Your own team describes the product three different ways, and the website describes it a fourth. Buyers do not buy what they cannot retell.

The first product hire

You need product process before you need a Head of Product — a cadence, a discovery habit, and someone who can run it after I leave.

PushPushGo

Side project to the leading push platform in Poland: two hundred enterprise clients including TUI, POLITICO, Auchan and Interia, a team of fifteen, and a majority acquisition by Vercom S.A. Co-founder, then CPO, then CTO.

MedTech · live, paying customers

Terapeuto

Zero commission per visit, bookings arriving on the clinic's own domain instead of a marketplace, and a month closed in under an hour. Founded, priced and shipped end to end.

AI · live, paying customers

uff.email

An assistant you hire by naming it. No app, no onboarding, no card to start — a product bet that the interface people already have is the one worth using.

Questions I get asked first

What does a pricing engagement produce?
A new price list with the reasoning behind each tier, the value metric it charges on, the migration path for existing customers, and the numbers the change is expected to move. A decision, not a deck.
Can you price a product that is still early?
Yes, and it is often the cheapest moment. Early pricing sets the value metric the product will be built around — much harder to change later than the number itself.
Do you take equity?
Advisory work is billed at 175 PLN per hour, or as a monthly retainer or fixed-scope engagement. Equity is only on the table for products I co-found.

What I don't do

Need a product brain for the next quarter?

Tell me what you sell, to whom, and what it costs. A thirty-minute call, then I come back with what I would change first, in writing.
